In the future, HR will act as a bridge between people and technology. Moreover, future HR should largely benefit from the technology itself and play an integral part in maintaining agile processes in HR and across the organization.

A diverse workforce will continue to make better workplace design, personalized communication and policies tailored to each employee necessary. The need for individualism will evoke HR flexibility in treating employees fairly, with less bias, while still aligning with the needs of the business.
